Fundraising report: July

By TODD STACY, Alabama Daily News

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Fundraising reports are in for the month of July. There are some surprising results, and some not so surprising.

Walt Maddox kept pace with Kay Ivey in money raised and actually ended the month with more cash on hand.

Bob Vance has a significant cash advantage over Tom Parker in the race for Chief Justice.

Look for Republicans to bounce back with major donors and PACs after everybody takes a breather from the primary.

Look for Democrats to step it up with online fundraising, including from the network of out-of-state donors.

Below is the full list of what major candidates raised, spent, and reported on hand for the month of July. If you see errors please email [email protected].
